Impel Development’s project “Green Gldani” has been sold.

The construction of the project began in 2023 and was completed at the end of 2025.

The energy-efficient residential building, constructed in accordance with European standards, “Green Gldani,” was built in a quiet and green district of Tbilisi — in Gldani, at 13/15 Mikheil Khergiani Street.

Near the residential building, there are a football field, a kindergarten, a school, and commercial spaces, which make the residents’ lives even more peaceful and comfortable.
